I prefer in person training because it’s more effective, how can I benefit from virtual coaching and training?

I have purposefully created the training plans of AH to keep you accountable, present, and excited for your physical and mental change to come. With weekly checkins, form critique, priority support, and personalized workout and nutrition guidelines I am able to target areas of concern while facilitating your confidence in the gym. Through my virtual programs, you will learn skills that may continue to be carried beyond the duration of the program so that motivation becomes intrinsic and translates into true lifestyle change. A new mindset, habits, and progress must be earned solely by your hard work, and I am here to guide you through every step of that process!

How do I know which AH training plan would be best for me?

What is the client process for AH?

Once client has purchased any given program (“Complete”, “Nutrition Only”, or “Stage Ready”) they will receive a link within 24 hours to schedule their initial virtual consult with Bogy to discuss goals and approach. They will also receive a new client packet. See what each plan includes here . Once the virtual consult/packet has been completed, you will receive your personalized plan to begin your program.

What is discussed at the time of the virtual consult?

The virtual consult will be used to assess physique , discuss goals, address concerns, and construct a tailored approach for your plan. For Miami based clients, the initial virtual consult may be replaced with an in person consult.

Do I need a gym to complete any of the programs?

Yes, you will need gym access or ample home gym equipment to facilitate a proper lifting routine. The programs are weight lifting focused with conventional methods.

How long does each program last? What is the cost?

I am interested in the “Complete” program, do I have an option of a structured diet or tracking my own macros?

You will have a choice between the two. After our virtual consult we can decide which route fits you best.

Can I make monthly payments?

At this time AH accepts payments up-front to secure serious client commitment for the duration of the program. If you are in need of a payment arrangement, please email me at coaching.bogy.yordanov@gmail.com so we may discuss further.
