  • Instead of before and after physique pictures, I wish you could see the difference in my brain. To start with, Bogy is a walking example of his own work.Throughout our training, I got more and more engaged in my journey. I always had dedication, but seeing how Bogy puts his heart and soul into the process continues to inspire me every day. He’s not just a coach, he’s a mentor and a transformational figure. He doesn’t tell you what to do but rather he gently guides you towards choosing what’s best for you. Initially it was about the way I looked, but I found how the communication with my coach helped me realize what’s beneficial for me, adjust my lifestyle, and especially mindset. Changing on the inside inevitably leads to the changes on the outside, not the other way around. For the first time in my life I see a positive long-term improvement, I feel happy, strong, and healthy, and I am very excited to keep becoming better with Bogy’s guidance.

  • I think training with Bogy has significantly impacted my life, not just through muscle but the conversations we’ve had as well. Grateful I was only 17 when we started training, and it was really cool that even though I was so much younger we were able to relate and that he truly is friends with all of his clients. I feel like at the end of the day it isn’t just the muscle is built, but also the mental state and way you carry yourself that’s also an important part of bodybuilding, and Bogy spends a lot of time building that up too, challenging you to be better in more ways than just physically.

  • Like many, I have struggled with the chaos of life and periods of burnout.   • My relationship with nutrition and exercising has been a struggle since my childhood. As a former obese kid and teenager, bariatric surgery worked really well but did not offer a permanent or magical solution. Woking with AH helped me finding the discipline i was lacking.
